Rent the Pavilion at Saratoga Museum

Nestled in a small park on the Saratoga Museum grounds, the Pavilion in Saratoga features detailed architecture, old fashioned lamp posts, and is surrounded by towering cottonwoods and evergreens. The Pavilion is a perfect venue for small to medium-sized weddings, family reunions and other special events. PAVILION USAGE AGREEMENT & GUIDELINES DEPOSIT: $100 Refundable after event cleanup. ELECTRICITY: Included in rental fee. CHAIRS: 62 Hunter green folding chairs are included in the rental fee. Chair set up/tear down and cleanup is the renters responsibility. MICROPHONE FEE: $50 Microphone has the ability to play music from a USB connected device. There is no audio system. Outlets are available. CANCELLATION: There is a fee of $75 for cancellations that take place less than 2 weeks prior to the event. ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the Museum grounds. It is the renter’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits at the Saratoga Town Hall. Their phone number is (307) 326-8335. The Saratoga Historical and Cultural Association will not be held liable for any injuries or choices resulting from alcohol consumption. TRASH: All Trash will be picked up and deposited in the provided trash cans. Any excess should be hauled away. DISCLOSURE: The Saratoga Historical and Cultural Association will not be held liable or responsible for any personal injury sustained on Pavilion or Museum grounds.
